When Townsend & Skursky Paving got its start in Indiana, Pennsylvania, we learned quickly that great asphalt work isn’t just about laying mix, it’s about what happens before the first truck arrives. Proper grading. Solid base compaction. Drainage planning that keeps pavement performing through Western Pennsylvania’s harsh freeze-thaw winters. We learned those lessons early, and they’ve shaped every project we’ve taken on since.
